Forman Investor Relations is a top-ranking Dutch firm of public
relations consultants serving clients in the financial industry
in the Netherlands and abroad.
Forman
Investor Relations became an autonomous consultancy in mid-2002,
having until
then been part of the old-established
communications consultants Forman & Partners. That firm
itself had been acquired in 1999 by Winkelman en Van Hessen,
one of the largest PR agencies in the Netherlands.
Our young and enthusiastic four-member team has over 20 years’ experience
in the area of investor relations and financial communications.
With a former journalist from business daily Het Financieele
Dagblad on board, we know precisely how to make announcements
that capture the attention of the financial media and other
information channels.
As an in-house subsidiary of Winkelman & Van Hessen we
can offer customised services to large and small clients. WVH
has a strong focus on both marketing and public relations,
for which it uses its own large team of communications specialists.
It also has its own network of other communication disciplines,
including television production (Tuhuteru & Partners),
audiovisual production (Studio WTC) and socially responsible
communications (Schuttelaar & Partners).
Forman Investor Relations serves international clients through
an exclusive partnership with American PR firm Ketchum, whose
global network of 48 offices (including affiliates) makes it
a leading player in the field. Ketchum’s client file
comprises predominantly top-500 companies, including Nokia,
Dow Chemical and FedEx.
